As I had mentioned in my previous post on GPSC EXAM NOTIFICATION
Today on 7/12/2014 Mechanical Engineer polytechnic lecturer class II exams was conducted. The notification for the examination rolled out almost after a year.

It was being conducted almost for the first time. Most of them got their center in Ahmedabad. It was a day when all the teachers and their students were giving the exam on the same day. It was a small get together for all mechanical engineers.

Now about the paper.
The time alloted to you was 50 minutes and you need to solve the 100 questions in short time limit.
So you need to make sure that you don’t miss out a single question to read rather than attempting a single calculative type question as there are many questions which are easy and fetch you easy scoring marks.

The paper was provided into four sets. There was negative marking of 0.33 for every wrong answer that you attempted.So you need to make sure you only tick the correct ones.

The paper covered questions ranging from basic Engineering Drawing, Refrigeration, Power plant, Productions, Operations research etc. One of my friend reviewed that 60% questions were from a objective book for mechanical engineers by khurmi.
